ハイ 月末＆多忙なんですよ・・・コレが といってもちゃんと寝てるんですけどね。 先日も書きましたが 花粉症でイガイガ カイカイ の毎日ですが 今朝も早出で愛知某所で看板工事・・・で夜間工事もあります。 土曜も早出で浜松で午前中看板工事後 名古屋へ移動して看板工事・・・ ちなみに私 職人さんではありません＞＜ なのに何故か毎日現場にいます。 浜松の現場の後 高速のICまでの道中 ラーメンチェーン 「山岡家」 にてしばしの休憩   タイミングが良くまだ空席がありましたが 着席後も続々とお客が・・・ 席待ちの行列ができました。 しかもこのお店のシステム 食券購入後 列に並ぶ・・・ って事は待ち時間が長くて途中で帰る・・・って事はできません。 コレってどう？ まぁ囲みこみには良いシステムですが 僕は待ちたくない人なので購入前に出ちゃうでしょうね。 あと看板屋さんとしてはこういった簡素過ぎる店構えのお店の仕事できれば・・（できればね） ご遠慮願いたいですね。 得てしてこういったお店 値交渉で叩きまくられます。 ※山岡家さんが叩くと言ってる訳ではありません。勘違い無い様に・・・ しかし大事なのはモチロン味ですよね。 コチラのお店のシステムで麺の湯で加減 スープの濃さ 油の量が指定できます。 麺は太い麺でスープは豚骨ベース 醤油・味噌・塩 の味からチョイスできます。 「ラーメン大好き のぶ山さん」 のBlogで 豚骨＆塩が美味い と聞いていたのですが 何しろお初なのでスタンダード？に醤油で麺固めでオーダー＆ チャーシュー飯のセット オーダーから待つこと１０分少々 まぁ時間はさておき ズズッっと ｱｯﾂ――――――――(ﾟдﾟ;)――――――――――ｯ！（泣） （殿様はこんな事言わないでしょうね。） メッサ猫舌なんですが熱いもの好きなんですわ。 太麺は味噌の方が合いそうでしたがモチモチ感もあって美味いっす。 隣で職人さんは”つけ麺”食べてましたが こっちも美味そうで スープ頂きましたがピリ辛加減も丁度いい感じ チェーンのラーメン店では久々のヒットです。 しかも 表面のラードのお陰でしょうか 食べ終わるまで 正確にはスープ飲み終わるまで スープが熱々でした。 コレって凄くないですか？（普通ですか？） 食券購入浮いた人員をサービスに回す感じで ラーメン店にしては（失礼）対応も良かったですよ。 ご近所にあれば是非どーぞ ちなみに岐阜にもありました。 山岡家 浜松入野店 静岡県浜松市入野町９４６３－１ ℡ ０５３－４４０－６２２７ 麺類つながりネタがもう一つ 以前Ｂ－Ｐｒｏｍｏｔｉｏｎ でお世話になった 三大うどん（讃岐・稲庭・水沢） の一つ 「水沢うどんの 大澤屋」さんが うどんの通信販売を始めました。  「遊喜庵」 オープンしています。 限定販売のキーマカレーうどん 等々 ココでしか食せないものもありますよ。 ”うどん”好きの皆さん必見！です。 PR
